If you did not receive a confirmation (per e-mail) of the purchase of your e-tickets/products, then you can contact us per e-mail. The e-ticket is generated on the confirmation screen following your payment. This may take a few minutes. You will then see a link appear. The pdf-file that appears after you have selected the link is the e-ticket that you can then print. It allows you admission to the location for which you purchased the e-ticket. If you wish to print your e-tickets at a later time, then you can do so via the e-mail that you will be sent afterwards. The attachment to this e-mail includes a link to the e-ticket.

If may be that the settings of your browser block pop-up screens. The screen in which you need to complete the payment data is a secured pop-up. Make sure that it is not blocked, as you will otherwise not be able to finalise your order. The bar code is a symbol consisting of a pattern of black lines and white spaces in between, in which information is stored in a coded form.
