• You can pay using iDEAL. This is a secure form of Internet-banking via your own bank. The participating banks include ABN Amro, Rabobank, SNS, Fortis and ING. You will receive a confirmation of your payment.
• You can pay using your MasterCard or VISA card.

Confirm payment and print the e-ticket.
The e-ticket is generated directly on the confirmation screen. It can be downloaded and printed.
You will then receive an e-mail (confirmation) for the purpose of your own administration that has a link to the e-ticket. This means you can print the e-ticket straight away or at a later time after you have received the e-mail with the e-ticket in the attachment.

If you did not receive a confirmation (per e-mail) of the purchase of your e-tickets/products, then you can contact us per e-mail. Use the following address for that purpose: helpdesk@wheretocard.nl

Do make sure to include the following information in your email, as you indicated during the ordering process:

• the name of the (amusement) park, the museum or the event for which you purchased the e-tickets;
• the order number;
• the number of e-tickets;
• your e-mail address;
• your name, address and place of residence;
• and preferably the date/time when you placed your order (in any event the day upon which you purchased the e-tickets).

We advise the following if you are having difficulties with your printer or if you have no printer at your disposal:

• copy the file (pdf-file) with the tickets to a usb-stick and print the tickets from some other computer (or on some other printer), or
• send the file (pdf-file) with the tickets as an attachment to some other computer with a printer.

An e-ticket is an admission ticket that you purchase on-line, after which you can print the ticket for use. This allows you to order your tickets at the time and place that suits you best.

The e-ticket is generated on the confirmation screen following your payment. This may take a few minutes.

You will then see a link appear. The pdf-file that appears after you have selected the link is the e-ticket that you can then print. It allows you admission to the location for which you purchased the e-ticket.

If you wish to print your e-tickets at a later time, then you can do so via the e-mail that you will be sent afterwards. The attachment to this e-mail includes a link to the e-ticket.

• Do the same with the second part (often black) and paste this behind the first part in the address bar
• If you then press enter, you will see the download page appear after you have entered the telephone number (verification) that you indicated during the ordering process

Print the pdf-file in the A4 format in a standing (portrait) position.
The quality of the hardcopy must be so high that the e-ticket is adequately legible. We recommend that you print the e-ticket again if you have doubts concerning the quality.
Note: e-tickets that are printed in a different format or position may be unfit for use and therefore invalid!

You will require at least Acrobat Reader version 7 in order to print your e-ticket. If you do not have Acrobat Reader at your disposal or if you have an older version, then you can download the program free of charge via http://www.adobe.nl/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

If may be that the settings of your browser block pop-up screens. The screen in which you need to complete the payment data is a secured pop-up. Make sure that it is not blocked, as you will otherwise not be able to finalise your order.

In addition to the regular browser settings, you should also consider the settings of any Google or Yahoo toolbars that you may have installed.

The General terms and Conditions of the appropriate organisation or the (event) location respectively apply to the transaction. You have agreed to these during the purchasing process.

The terms and conditions that apply (to users) in any event include:

• WheretoCard functions in this transaction as a service provider for the organisation or event location respectively, for which you purchase an e-ticket or tickets. The General Terms and Conditions of the organisation or event location concerned subsequently apply (you can request these from the organisation/event location), to which you agree upon effecting this transaction. WheretoCard excludes responsibility and liability in any shape or form.
• The consumer is aware that e-tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, e-tickets cannot be paid out in cash, nor can the validity of the e-tickets be extended or adjusted. The consumer is aware that e-tickets become invalid once the date of validity has expired.
• The e-tickets may not be folded or damaged in any other way. This is at the risk of the consumer. One may be refused admission if an e-ticket is damaged and the consumer will not in any case be entitled to restitution or replacement.
• An e-ticket only provides admission to the location once; it is useless to make copies or to print the e-ticket more than once.

Yes, that is possible, provided that you indicate the correct data regarding the name/address/place of residence of the person concerned when ordering the e-ticket(s).

Note! Do make sure to use your own e-mail address if you intend to use the e-tickets as a gift ;-)

The bar code is a symbol consisting of a pattern of black lines and white spaces in between, in which information is stored in a coded form. This bar code can be read by a scanner that can verify the validity of the bar code (the e-ticket).

Once you have successfully made your payment, you can print your e-tickets yourself. You then simply have to have the e-tickets scanned at the entrance to the location concerned!
